Refund Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
We want you to be happy with Unprompt Pro. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It applies to subscriptions to Unprompt Pro purchased through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Paddle's buyer terms.
First purchase: 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) for the first time and you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that initial purchase. No need to explain why — though we always appreciate the feedback, since it helps us improve the rules.
Renewals
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase. Renewal charges (the automatic monthly or annual payments after your first term) are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — see below.
Cancel anytime to stop future charges
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal linked in your purchase receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund separately if you're within the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
Two easy ways:
- Email us at support@tryunprompt.com with the email address used at checkout or your Paddle order/receipt number, and we'll take care of it.
- Through Paddle — use the help or billing link on your Paddle receipt to contact Paddle's buyer support directly.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights). Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those laws apply.
Questions
Not sure whether you qualify, or having trouble? Just email support@tryunprompt.com — we'd rather sort it out than leave you stuck.
This policy is provided in good faith and is intended to be generous but bounded. Paddle administers the mechanics of refunds as merchant of record.
